I do not accept insurance . I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. If you have a Health Savings Account an invoice should be sufficient for reimbursement.

Please remember: If you do not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
